Ken Nichols Insulation was started in 1976 when Ken Nichols started selling insulation out of his garage while working full-time to support his family. As word about his great products and excellent prices spread he eventually left his full-time job to become a fully dedicated supplier of factory seconds rigid foam insulation boards at discounted prices.
Today the family owned and operated business includes four warehouses stocked with factory seconds insulation to meet the needs of your projects whether you are looking for discounted attic insulation, basement insulation, pole barn insulation, metal building insulation, garage door insulation, or insulation for anything else.

Do you ship or deliver?
We do not provide shipping or delivery. You must arrange to pick up.
Can you hold product for me?
All products are sold on a first come, first served basis. Please call before you come to make sure we have what you need.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check with proper ID. We do not accept credit cards.
Is this first-line, top quality insulation?
Excluding our retail quality foil bubble wrap insulation, our rigid foam insulation is factory seconds. This means that there may be one or more defects present in the insulation such as variance in length, width, and thickness as well as rough edges. All sales are final and insulation is sold "as is."
